Departmental enquiry with xerox copies

departmental enquiry conducted on xerox copies of FIR and passbook and confession statement when original is in criminal court and dismissed me from service but CGIT converted into compulsory retirement by SBI.but now criminal court during revision found that the trial is invalid and void.

when void all the documents in criminal court become void and invalid.can i claim the same  for my reinstatement before management based on the order. i think all the evidences become void based on the xerox copies of the original in criminal court.

pls inform me how to proceed further and the CGIT order get stayed by management 7 years back.

what is benefit for me for departmental enquiry whether it also become invalid and void

Reinstatement is possible in case of honourable acquittal.

It is not possible to advise without giving the case in detail.

Before arriving ar some conclusive opinion, charge sheet along with orders of compulsory retirement are required to vbe examined with reference tot he charge sheet of the criminal case tried in court of law along with its judgment.
