Sir, My wife is rich because of my money, she filed DV case & got order to my son Rs. 5k each month till his majority. Myself filed RCR & G&WC. She filed for divorce still pending all the cases.
To avoid maintenance to my son kindly provide me the citiation where maintenance denied to child in High Court/Supreme Court on father's financial grounds/income.Now I'm poor filed HMA 24 application.
