How about subletting deliberately ie by making a trusted person a direct tenant and that trusted tenant sublet the
space to real tenant (with registered agreements which prohibits subletting)
Will that help in easy and faster eviction?
No.. the person in possession will acquire possessory title in course of time and they will be treated as tenants at will, which does not make eviction any easier.

OK i got it but is there any arrangement for faster eviction like camouflaging landlord / tenant relationship under business partnership deed ( rent can be taken as a minimum guarantee )?
suletting is a sure ground for eviction of a tenant in all the rent conrol law in Indian states . But i dornt fully understand your question

Law can not help for agreements like partnership or even co.
we wanted to know the status of subletting and also wether it is a faster way of getting tenant evicted
