I am working with a private company, there notice period is 3 months. I recently laid off due to covid 19. So, I sourced new job, and got the better opportunity, they requested me to join with in 15 days. While the time of my resignation the work are restarted, my employer ask me to serve full notice period.
After my resignation they have hold Last four months experience (travel and materials purchased for company). They are wantedly doing this to me. How to handle this. Please share your suggestions.
