Definition of Rape law as per Kiean Bedi

I recently saw an Interview of Kiran Bedi in which she mentioned that as per the new Indian law the term Rape means "If any part of a man's body violates a woman's body in any way it is termed as rape" Now my question to dear legal advisors here is.If a woman gives Mas Behan ki Gaali to a man and if he responds and says something then it can be termed as rape as the man used his mouth and tounge the dignity of the woman. I am surprised how come after years why do women filing rape charges for e.g Aasaram,Tejpal,Justice Ganguly.Now you all guys be careful that one day ur ex girlfriend with whom u had a relation 10 yrs ago can also file rape charges against you.
