Dear sir/madam
i have filed a defamation case by myself as a party in person on a person who has given a defamataory statement in press meet by him aggainst me
now magistarte is asking for the transcriptttion copy of the news paper even though i have given the original news paper so now i have to give a notice to the editor of the news paper
could any one kindly give a sample draft so that i can give notice to ediotr for giving the press note or the transcriptttion copy. Thanking
