DEED OF FAMILYSETTLEMENT IN MUSLIM LAW

whether the deed of family settlement in Muslim law is valid without second party signature & notary tell me the correct answer please

howcome the family  settlement deed is vslid with out the signature of other party,it is settlement means like an agreement ,both parties to sign and get registered instead of notray if the deed involve immoveble proeprty
