my late grand father purchased a property in mumbai in mahashtra. presently that property is in the possession of my father . my father has one son & three daughter all married .now my sisters want equal share in that property as per mahashtra hindu succession amendment act 1994 First sister was married in 1989 , second sister was married in 1995 & third sister was married in 2003.Pl advice me

All your sisters have equal share as you have.
If your father is alive, the property need to be divided into 5 shares as you, your father and 3 three sisters will have 1/5 th share of the property
