my uncle expired last year and he had only his house as his property. he has two daughters both of them are married and are not interested in the property of the father. now in this case my aunty, my late uncle and my uncles mother are the joint holders of the house.
my aunty wants the house fully on her name without any joint ownership of the mother. as per my knowledge my aunty will require a NOC declaration signed by the mother.
