Dear sir,
On the portuguese document called Inscripttion and Descripttion, lies the name of my mother along with her brother and wife. Hence forth future documents like land registration, land index, form I & XIV as on today lies the name of my uncle and his wife. I am sure this has been done deliberately cheating my mother. Uncle was after my mother to sign some doc. but till her last breath , did not sign any papers. Now I have got all doc photocopies. Now am thinking of sending legal notice asking for supprotive doc if any (wont have any) as to how my mothers name does not appear. kindly advise.
