Death in train outside homestate

Circumstance: Death while traveling in train with a friend. Post Mortem says Cardiogenic shock. Twice medication given yet friend cannot specify name of medicines. Death after second antacid brought by TT. Person had notified friend of uneasiness since the morning of travel. There is inconsistency in testimonials of dead person and friend according to conversations with family members of deceased. Brought dead at Prayagraj Junction with case transferred to RPF Prayagraj. Time on paper 11.30pm while conversation with police at incident (on train police, name KNOWN) reveals 10.30pm. Initial report said "unknown" "unidentified" body whilst friend was present. That report said "stab wound was seen". Later changed by RPF second doctor with clean reporting to normal death. This second report was attached to Panchnama. First one was verbally confirmed by reporting ps officer on call. Deceased informed family members before Kanpur while traveling on Sealdah Rajdhani on 10th April but TT and friend didn't get hospital services to him on time. Family was on call since 9.29pm and 3 complaints were filed with 139 while he was alive. 1. How to know which TT brought in antacid tablets? 2. How to know which tablet (name) was given to deceased? 3. We sense the friend to be lying on many grounds. Under which IPC section might be be grounded? 4. There has been multiple areas of inconsistency from railways. Which IPC sues the railways for his death? 5. How to know if Post Mortem report was not maligned? We filed for a thorough medico-legal report. 6. Which state, UP or WB, will issue death certificate for deceased? 7. Family is being manipulated by agent, who took care of post natal services, to pay money for getting name corrected in PM report. Also Death Certificate is delayed; they confirmed DC will be given by UP. How to file a case on agent, or is it Railways? 8. Lastly, how should we get justice for his death given that railways didn't take enough action to give him treatment till there was time?

You can consult an advocate having experience in such matters either within this forum or outside and get the clarification on all matters causing the concern.

Multple queries / questions involve in  the  facts posted by you, some (rather majority) of them are academic, where a layman is not concerned.

The accident has to be reported / dealt / take up in Pryagraj (UP).

It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer practicing in Railway Claims Tribunal for proper analyses of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

What is relevancy of friend and/or agent, as mntioned? is it the same person or different persons?
