Daughter's right.

Hello,

I am here to ask a question about my mothers right in my grandfathers ancestral property. My mother is the only child of my grandfather but she is adopted and yes, she has the adoption certificate too but the thing is that my grandfather dose not want my mother to get the property because according to him none of the daughter can get her fathers property or any share in it but as i know according to our constitution there is a equality between men and women and in some tv shows i've also seen that a daughter can get her fathers property as the law is modified, my grandfather wants his property to distributed in his nephews but my father doesn't want that because we don't have good relations with them as i told my mother is adopted so they neglect/avoid my mother and father and even me.. before my grandfather used to live with us but now he went to live with his nephews because it's his thought that he don't want to die at his daughter's home.

So my question is quite clear that my mother will get his property or not,

Additional details:
1- In 2006 he made a "WILL" in something written in it "chal achal" and he has also written in it that he is not going to make any other "WILL".
