my mother wants a share in her fathers self earned property... my mother is born on 1956 and she got married in 1982....and her passed away in 1980...so her father had 24acre land and 2 plots.. now we want to have our share... so is there any problem in this,,,we are hindus...my mother is having to 2 brothers and one sister..my uncle devided this property into 3 parts.. and they gave 1 share to my aunt in 1996 which they have tranfered to there son in 2003 without her knowlegde... we were not knwing about this..now we have filed a case in local court... so help in this regards...
