We are fighting a property case against the mafia - land grabers. The case is currently under fresh case category being heard in Allahabad high court.
The problem is that although our case is actaully coming up for hearing every alternate monday but the hearing no. fo that day is between 80-90 for that particliuar judge, by the time the case actually comes up for hearing the court timings are over or court is adjourned, this is happening from past 3 months, can there be a solution that my case could be speeded up, can we file an application for this- if yes - where / how and when.
Please guide me on this.
