current ac for proprietorship concern

I would need your advise as in what to do if the person is not a CA CS or LAWYER.

One of my friend works from home and offers services relating to Internet Marketing to different Clients. Till now it was ok as operations were at a smaller scale and payment was reveied in Individual name. However as now the operations have enlarged, and the corporates are making payment in the name of the business (say ABC), how we open a curent ac in the name of ABC, coz there is no shop and also no license is required and also as the turnover havenot reached 10 lacs no service tax registration have been done.

How can now a current account be opened??

I hope a positive reply from your side.

Thanks & Regards,

Nidhi Salampuria

For current account nowadays, banks demand some document in name of the firm. In case of proprietorship, maybe he can get a shops and establishment license i.e. gumasta license. Thus this person should get a lciense for his internet marketing company.
