My sister-in-law had filled a case under crpc125 for khorposh against my brother along with a false 498a.We had moved this both 498a and khorposh case to high court which is now pending.
Now she wants dissolution of marriage for which we have a date in lower court in March.
I want to know that can she file a separte khorposh case along with this dissolution of marriage in lower court as the previous one is pending in high court.
