I have filed revision against crl case summoning order one year back.
But it has not even been admitted till now nor disposed. No stay granted till now.
1. How can I expedite the process?
2. Isn't it abuse of right to appeal of appellant?
3. Are there any caselaws/guideline from SC/HC regarding disposal of revision petitions.
