My firm Mahaveera Enterprises is Regd. Vendor of Railway. My firm was recommended by the cosignee as likely supplier to the Stores Deptt. But the Stores Deptt. did not serve the Tender Enquiry.
Then I filed an RTI asking for the copy of Requisition(Demand note). On this the Stores Deptt. as well as Consignee Deptt. in co-ordination used whitener and removed my firm's name.
On knowing this I filed an complaint to the Vigilance Deptt. of Railway and subsequently an RTI after 60 days. But as you will be aware that Public Authority are in the same train and lingered the matter and did not provide proper information.
Now I have the following queries:
1. How can I apply Sec 218 & 219 of the IPC
2. Can I file an FIR (Under whose jurisdiction means can it be other than Railway Protection Force)
3. Please elaborate on the issue and show me the way to legal proceedings
