one of my friend filed a case aganist the accused and acquitted by the Honorable court. owning to personal reason my friend not filed the appeal 5in appellate court as he wants to
accused has to sent to jail and
having good grounds. THE POLICE prosecution not informed the same.
if it is convenient for you is there any limitation period for filing the APPEAL .

Police do not inform the acquittal of accused. Appeal has to be filed within 90 days from the date of judgment.
