i m the defualter of one pvt ptd company for repay. the customer registerd criminal case in police station for fruad against me but i m wanted in police station my brother sing receipt and give the customer so police arest him last one year but he is not director or manager he accept in high court that he give the payment of customer but now i want surrender so my question is can i take all responsebility abourt his under taking he give in court and he can release with my affidavite ?pls give my question priority
