Persone Z has abondend his child (Baby Girl) after birth. She (the baby girl) is with her mother who stays seperate from her husband as he was committing all types of cruelty on her (the mother). On one occassion person Z visited at the place where her wife is staying and mishandled the child who was not even 5 month old at that time.
Please tell me what offences Z has committed against his child? Which act is applicable? What sections are applicable? What is the punishment for such crimes?
