Sir,Ihave ICICI bank cr card since 05 years & made regular payments till Jan 2010.Due to crises I could not make payment after that.My due amt was Rs 40000 on Jan 2010.After that I am trying to settle dues & send total 05 mails to customer care in different months.I also had meeting thrice with collection manager Indore.Now bank agent gave me offer Rs 33000 in 03 installments.My credit limit is Rs 39000.What should be last settlement amount?Pl advise me.
