In the Year 2003 I left UAE for good and setteled here in India
I am retired person and having transplanted kidny by mistake I forgot to settel my credit card account I had limit of 10000 UAE dirhams I don't remember exactly but near around 2000 UAE Dirhams I had to pay.
Now after this all years bank hired some one in India to collect this amount from me and I am called by these agents to negosiate with one time settelment for 7000 Dirhams I don't know how to handle this and I am in no position to pay that much can I have Suitable Way to get all this setteled peacefully my health is crippeled i cannot go through this
