during appeal, opposite advocate objected that appellant is not actual-it is disguise. appellant gave affidavit that he is true and papers are roated through his advocate.
he also gave address MARFAT ONE,S HOUSE.
OPPOSITE ADVOCATE again objected on MARFAT word. sdm has given next date to reject appeal on marfat word,while all papers are through advocate.due to corona and old age appellant is unable physically unable to present.
thus,result appeal is fail
suggest , how can be get full judgement rather to rejection on single technical word
