Cpc 151-inherent power of court

Respected Experts! Can someone please guide difference between exparte order and exparte proceedings? Thanks

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the distinction between an 'ex-parte order' and 'ex-parte proceedings' within the context of the court's inherent powers under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC). An ex-parte order refers to a specific ruling made without the other party's presence, while ex-parte proceedings encompass all subsequent legal actions taken in the absence of one party. The advice given is to consult with a professor or tutor for detailed case-specific guidance rather than relying on this platform for coaching.

Ex-parte" order" term is used for specific / particular order, whereas "proceeding" is applicable for all further proceeding including ex-parte order.

You may appreciate that this platform is meant for needy litigants but it is not a coaching site, it would be appropriate to seek guidance of your professor/ teacher /tutor / guide.
