Court has said that varicocele can cause impotence!!!

Respected members,

Court has not considered my evidence and gave order stating that Varicocele can cause impotence and nullified my marriage and granted huge maintenance.  Actually which not true.  I have submitted enought proofs that varicocel is not related to impotence but my evidence is not considered.  How to fight back legally??? Please help which your valuable advices.

1. The reasoning given by Court to dissolve marriage is correct (medically).
2. Now the only three merit points to go on for Appeal rests with medical briefs submitted by her side or you underwent which shows if you have Varicose or not and secondly Court did not consider “expert opinion” (i.e. andrologist opinion) in the case and lastly “can it be treated” (for this answer is yes).

Persuasive plead one merit point and there your Appeal case gets admitted.

However in my opinion your only grudge is not towards dissolution of marriage but towards hefty alimony! Be it so if marriage is dissolved you have got lease to re-start life instead of getting into same court sightseeing’s and spending more money on legal fees is also my view.
