coparcener

coparcener transfered property with consent of other coparceners 5years back.Can other file suit for cancellation of sale deed now

If the transfer was valid and agreed upon by all of coparceners then they cannot challenge it now.

You can challenge the sale deed, though you have to explain the delay in challenging the deed.

R u playing fowl play.if u approach advocate he charges heavy fees .it is not easy task in court to re establish Ur title.in court.u have to throw money as like water.go and contact real professional advocate.
