Hi, my friend is working in a PSU and has been trapped and caught on Corruption Charges. The trail lasts for more than 10 years and been convicted and sentenced 3yrs imprisonment and fine by Sessions Court. He is sanctioned bail and is filing in High Court. What should be his next course of action? What will happen to his job and how he should approach to keep the job? Pls guide

still your friend is not leave in the case, he is on accused in the case once the court has annonced he is not a accoused then only joined
