Trial court convicted me for 2 years in a disproportionate assets case.High court postponed the sentence and postedcase for regular hearing.i am on bail.
i filed application in trial court to return assets found correct and withhold assets which are beyond my income as per trial court.
pl. advise whether trial court can return assets found correct by trial court.
