Sir/Madam,
The project is still under construction.
A building which is I had given development rights to another builder is ready and the society already Registered. The Registered society wants to get the conveyance of the land done.
The land under consideration is a part of the full project.
Can I postpone the conveyance of the land till the completion of the full project.
Moreover, my transaction with the developer is still not complete.
Please Advice.
