I own a commercial vehicle (Bolero) which supplies merchandise from main branch to stores. The driver parked the car and three people on one bike hit it from the back. They are inebriates, 3 riding and no helmets. What is the section which suggests that if anyone hits behind/back of the vehicle, there is no offence from the truck drivers end?
