My SBI Saving account has been freeze for online Transaction Fraud.
But, I took a loan from an online App and have all proof of this loan then how they block my account. I have all the relevant proof with me that I took a loan from Rupeepapa App which is listed with Google play store.
Please guide me how can I unfreeze my SBI Bank account.

Contact your branch manager for appropriate authority to freeze your account.

Seek the same information under RTI online with Rs.10/- as the RTI fee.
Information solicited:
Subject: Freezing of Bank account NO.....................of........................at....................Branch IFSC code .........since
1. Please provide all those documents based on which the transactions were freezer and the laid down law based on which SBI can freeze the transactions without notice to Depositor.
2. Please inform laid down procedure under which depositor can get the account operative after such freezing

They already sent me copy of online complain where one person claiming 37 transaction of his account debit is fraud and one among these are mine but I took loan from an Online App and have screenshot and proof for same, I speak to LHO Branch Manager also he said no need to visit Police station or cyber cell branch write a mail to them with all proofs
