All documents must certified copies??

We are going to file a civil suite, all copies must certified from concerned departments? or notarized documents are ok??

Dear Sir,

There is no need for certification or notarization of the documents which are being filed as annexures in suit. However, it it is important that you have original ready at the time of evidence as the document would be marked only if you are able to produce the same during evidence.
