Why a girl coming from rba can not be given rba when her husband also belongs to rba

a girl belonging to RBA gets married to a person who also belongs to RBA but she is not given RBA certificate after marriage till she completes 15 years. Inspite of the fact that she changed her residence from an RBA to RBA by virtue of marriage.

That is by way of Govert notification, that after 15 years of marraige the wife gets benefits of reservations under RBA ; as in many cases it was seen that many girls used to marry with perosns residing in back areas to get benifit under RBA . That is as it is.

A girl that belongs to an area already notified as RBA gets married to a person who also belongs to an area notified as RBA but after marriage the girl loses her RBA status although she also belonged to the RBA notified area. She should not have been asked to reside for fifteen years to get RBA certificate.Fifteen years should have been for those girls who come from non RBA notified areas eventhough that is also discrimination with females. Why is it so?

Dear if you feel aggrieved of any such notification or law you can file a writ petition to challenge that; This is not the forum to settle any such issues. You can ask queries and get reply in accordance with persisting laws and rules.

File a PIL before any of the HIGH COURTS OR SUPREME COURT OF INDIA challenging this unethical provision of law.
