gift deed by brother

can a brother gift the property purchased in his name to his elder brother,if yes what is the Process

Gift deed is allowed in any blood relation, your brother need to registered gift deed at sub register office.

can u just guide me for the process and charges for the same in state Bihar. Are the charges in gift deed more than in registraion charges.

No.., That is lesser and amount is totally depend upon valuation of the property.
