Question on rectification deeds

Dear Sir/Madam,

For Sale deed i have 2 rectification deeds. 1st rectification deed and 2nd rectification deed refers corrections for Sale deed. When i take Encumbrance certificate all 3 deeds are coming in EC document.

while doing 2nd rectification deed, i mentioned only Sale deed document number and needed corrections to it.

Do i need to mention 1st rectification deed number in 2nd rectification document while registering 2nd rectification deed?

kindly clarify

not necessary. but any transaction is made for the same property, authomatically all the transactions reflect in EC, there is no bather for this. it is for information

to elaborate more on my request.

sale deed has 2 mistakes

1.one is incorrect para

2. survey number mentioned in english version 67/AA which is incorrect. It should be 67/,(telugu language 2nd letter)

first rectification deed corrected mistake in the text para in sale deed and this rectification deed contains schedule of property as 67/AA

Later we noticed survey number part is to be in Telugu version, vendor executed 2nd rectification deed.

In 2nd rectification deed, only the sale deed document number is mentioned and schedule of property section is corrected from 67/AA to 67/,
Questions :

1. Is there problem if i do NOT correct 1st rectification deed which has survey number mentioned in English version as 67/AA. because 2nd rectification deed refers to only correction in Sale deed.?

2. First rectification deed and second rectification deed only refers corrections for Main Sale deed. Is there a problem?

Kindly take some time and help me please. i am confused with different opinions from respected people.
