Second marriage solution

Honourable Lawers, Please provide me a legal solution for my below problem.

I got married in June 2007, within 3 months of my marriage my wife got affected by severe Brain Fever, fortunately she got recovered from death after 1 year serious medication.

But now she has the following problems.

1. Memory loss problem ( she cant remember any day today happenings ).

2. Phsyciatric problem, she will try to go out of house without her knowledge & always try to speak unnecassarily with the strangers, she can't take care of the child completely but with the support of my mother she can feed to the child. She is not on her original / normal behavior.

3. Monthly once she is affected by severe fits.

4. She is now completely under medicines.

Now with the above problems my mother is struggling to take care of my child & wife, though I'm supporting them after my office hours.

My wife is not having Father & Mother except two merciless / irresponsible drunkard brothers.

In this situation to support myself, my wife & child, I need to have another strong support for me. I understood that it can only be possible by another marriage. Here I cannot divorce my wife since nobody is their to take care off her & my only Child ( 1.5 Years ).

Please Advice me ....beleiving all as the truth...

How did you conclude 2nd marriage will help you?

Do you think a lady will marry to to take care of your 1st wife and kids?

She may illtreat the 1st wife and your kids also.

Just appoint a nurse.

Or you must be having a sister(real or cousin) or a sister-in-law who stays  nearby.Ask her to pay you a vist once a day to handle home matters.

Its unethical to think of second marriage as if your wife became ill that doesnt mean that you remarry you should be supporting her and try that she recover and become normal as before.

Hi G.Janarthanan,

When you are thinking for second marriage, then first make it agreed with your first wife if she is ok.
I can understand in todays tough life everybody needs strong support of take care of each others.

So first make agreement with your fisrt wife and if she is ready for that then take divorse legally to your first wife.
Keep your first wife in your home with taking lifetime full responsisbilty.

Make good understanding to your second wouldbe wife and tell all the story to her and if she is ready then go for second marriage. But remember you need not to forget or ignore your first wife at all.
This is the best way to solve your problems in the open eye of law.

You will be happy to know that the law has negation provisions which fetch scope to save oneself from the clutches of law in such situations when the problems are genuine. The conditions are that your wife and a few of your as also her relatives should not oppose. If you wish to know the exact provisions of law which will safguard you in the second marriage you please contact maanvisushant@gmail.com who are expert specialist in such matters. @ Janatharan As you yourself confessing that you need a support to overcome obstacles in your life. But as per my opinion i don't think it will help you. How many things you will look after your first wife, ur second wife, ur mother, ur children, ur office or simply yourslf. It is probability that your second wife will ill treat your first beloved wife or show her cruel behaviour to your children and mother and you may become frustated and agitated because of that MAHABHARAT You don't know these women and later you will feel regret. Your first wife can be treated well. Take her to a good psychiatrist.

Yes , I too agree with Shally views.

"It is probability that your second wife will ill treat your first beloved wife or show her cruel behaviour to your children and mother and you may become frustated"

So think twice, thrice before you go-head.

This is a problem for which there is no legal solution. As you have not disclosed what you want?

You can hire maid/ domestic help for maintenance of home and taking care of mother and wife.

If problem is lack of s*x and emotional bonding/ support, I would advise against looking for it outside the marriage. What if you were in the same situation and she would have done the same.
