Wife left home along with his brother and next day she complaint for 498a in nov 2004 and i was called from uae soon i came fir registered in feb 2005. Interim maintence awarded in 2007 to be paid from 2005 and have been paying filed for divorce on degertion ground cruelty in dec 2008 wife filed dv in dec 2010 now i have to file reply as she and his brother from the beggining have conspired to extract money by legal threat almost 1.5k have been paid and lost 1.7k in legal papers now again she is abussing misusing the law. what should be done and i am registered unemloyed with exchange and paasport impounded in 2005.
