A case has been registrered against me under sec 314 and 506 based on a complaint by three residents of my apartment bldg complaining wrongful/forced parking of my car in one of their slotted car park. Car park according to the builder had been alloted as per seniority of booking as well as carpet area of the flat. My car park is the smallest in comparison. I have asked the builder to revice allotment .There are 25 flats ( 3BHK-10, 2 BHKs-15). I own a 3 BHK flat in the fouth floor. I have learnt there are only 20 dwelling units as per the plan approved.I wish to obtain a certified copy of the approved plan of my apts. Ghmc malkajgiri did not even admit my application.
Pl advice how do i obtain the plan from GHMC?
