conversion of land use 143 in Industrial area of UP

Dear querist,

As per Section 143 of the U.P.Zamindari abolition ad Land Reforms Act.

Section 143 of the U.P.Zamindari abolition and Land Reforms Act, which authorises the Assistant Collector/SDM of the area to change the nature of a land from agricultural to residential.

As the land registered in industrial category then no need section 143.
