Conversion of land from Agriculture to house site

Tthe  Agricultural lands   have to be converted from Agricultural Use to Non agricultural Usage by filign Application  befoere the Revenue Authorities and after enquitry   & after payment of prescribed Fee /charges the Agricultural  land to  be converted to Non Agricultural purpose i.e;- House Plots/ Industrial Purposes and any other non agricultural purposes . In  State of AP there is   Loacal  Act for conversion of Agricultural Lands in to non agricultural land usage . The  Divisional Revenue Officer is  compentant   Authority  to deal with the matter .

yes the revenue authorities can make suo moto conversion
