Conversion of Agriculture Land to Non Agriculture

ankur there is no clarity at your question agrl to Non-agrl  mean wether Residential use, Commertial use industry use

if it is Residential use - first u need to approach with application Concern Mro, they will enquir with due process same will be reffer to RDO. Based on Mro Report after record verification you will be direct to pay Challan 10% on Market Value. after remitting the same will be ordered in favour of application.     

I want to convert it for the Commercial purpose, As I want to start the Residential Flats Sceme.

Please send me the detail procedure for the same.

Can someone please elaborate on the fees and the time it will take?

The plot I am buying already has a developed bunglow for personal use and it's value is also included in the valuation that was done by govt. officer. This 10% fees, will it be charged on the plot valuation or will it also include the plot + already existing developed bunglow on that plot?
