Contractual employee regarding

Sir, This is in regard to contractual Employee- If any employee has been selected undergoing due process starting from advertisement, scrutiny, written test followed by interview and then final result. Is he then eligible to appeal for regularization against that post.

Not at all, when already informed about contractual employment. All depends upon the discretion and the need of the employer to further regularise or not. You could have avoided to apply on contractual basis.
