Contested divorce

Hi,

I have figured that I can not live with my wife anymore and want to file a divorce. What's the procedure and money involved?

the procedure is to file a mutual divorce in the family court of your jurisdiction and the alimony will be decided on the basis of your spouse earning and your assests. feel free to contact for a pro bono advice
