Hi My wife filed for divorce in aug 2009, i got visitation right for once a month two hr duration, my son is 12 years old, my wife did't allow my son to meet me, till date we met 7-8 time in 3 years. We file for contempt of court in district court till 6 month passed ,
1. Can i widraw contempt from dist court & file in high court.
2. Can i ask for child custudy he is still 12 years old boy.
3. Is there any benefit for me to file contempt in higher court or its waist of time ?
4. She or from her side no one come in court.
Once court also dissmissed her app of divorce she file again in jan 2013.
i want to know how to proceed ?
