i won a removal of enchroachment on land matter case against Nagpur Municipal corporation in high court after a legal battle of 37 years H.C given a direction to nmc for that in dec. 2010 and in feb 2012. Though notices were given the nmc is not taking any action. We are four owners among three are not earning. we have no money now to hire a good lawyer. what is the procedure and chances that can get the legal aid.

u can file a contempt wiithin one year
but you have mentioned two dates that is in 2010 and 2012 for which you want to clarify file comtempt becaue your lawyer will guide correctly
