Consumer protection act: application to recall an order

When an application to recall an order under CPC is filed by defendant, how would the plaintiff have this application dismissed? Rather, I know how to have it dismissed - the Consumer Protection Regulations don't permit CPC statutes but what court procedure should I follow.. Write a: Letter to the Court? After all, if I'm asking for it to be dismissed (say it was granted by a clueless judge and a previous order recalled), I myself can't cite the CPC can I?? And the Consumer Protection Act won't cover that so..
