Consumer grievance

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I with my family, while dinning in a restaurant (ordinary A/C, not star category), was charged Rs 50/- for a cold drink bottle ordered by me with printed MRP Rs 30/- on it. The bottle was served to me in sealed condition. After the amount of Rs 50/- was added to other items on the bill, an amount of 10 % service charge was also calculated & collected from me. Is the restaurant right in charging the above said amount ? Can I take any action against the restaurant vide consumer rights protection act? Please give reply.   JK Panda.

First: Complaint Legal Metrology shall be more rewarding. Complain under proper acknowledgment. Obatin copy of the fine imposed.

Second; Afterwards complain in DCDRF.

 This is an opinion.
