Friends,
In one consumer complaint against my client, ex-parte order has been passed by the Consumer Forum.
The complaint was filed recently and the envelope was returned back to the Forum "unclaimed" asd hence the ex-parte order was passed.
Can you please advise me what to do now to set aside the said order and what grounds can be taken for the setting aside of the ex-parte order ?
Also if anyone has draft format of the application to be made to the Consumer Forum then please share it and help me.
