I need some info regarding filing a case against Samsung Mobile pvt ltd India.
I had purchased a Samsung Note 3 on 26th September. A few days back there was some problem with the camera and it had to be replaced. After visiting various service centres in Jaipur and contacting samsung care it was finally replaced by ABLAZE COMMUNICATION, Jaipur.
But when I returned home and inspected the mobile carefully there were various repair flaws clearly visible.
So can I file a case against these flaws as they can be considered as damage done by the service centre engineers.
Can I expect replacement of my mobile ?
Can any lawyer in this forum help me in filing a case against them.
